a retired computer analyst, reinvented herself as an artist and her
imagination has been on fast forward ever since.
Joan’s work has been accepted in a number of National and International Watercolor Exhibitions
and she currently has a piece on display at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center as a donation to the Center. She had three pieces juried into the 2016 Colorado Watercolor Society’s New Trends Exhibition in Denver, Colorado, and an image of her work was reproduced on the promotional flyer and Exhibition Invitation. She also was accepted into the 2016 Colorado Watercolor Society Exhibition at the Arvada Center, Arvada, Colorado. Her work has also been on display at the Parker Adventist Hospital in Parker, Colorado, as part of the Healing Arts Program. She is a signature member of the Pikes Peak Watercolor society and has shown her work at many commercial locations in Colorado Springs and been published in the Pikes Peak Community College Art and Literature Catalog.
Her work is also on display and can be purchased at Boulder Street Gallery and Poor Richard’s in downtown Colorado Springs.
